The problem: multiple researchers (most notably Alexey Guzey) documented serious factual errors, misrepresented studies, and cherry-picked evidence.
Walker presents sleep as non-negotiable: < 7 hours = cognitive impairment, cancer, dementia, diabetes, obesity.
